Our journey started in 1993 in Ankara with Dekinsan Group in the field of construction and contracting. In this long journey since its start, today DEKİNSAN GROUP is known as one of the most prestigious companies in Turkey and Algeria with its many successful works in the fields of contracting, consultancy, engineering, material supply, infrastructure, superstructure and design-build services.
It has built tens of thousands of successful Residences, Universities, City Hospitals, Government and Ministry buildings abroad and has always taken its place in the top ranks in the World Contracting List ENR since 2018.
Due to this success and vision, it continues to build many housing and shopping mall projects in the country. With the experience gained with Dekinsan Group, Kösen Vills Botanic Project, which will add value to life and people throughout the country, especially in Ankara, and which offers a quality life with its social facilities with the largest green area, has been implemented in Gölbaşı, Ankara.
If we change our perspective a little, we can see that it is more important in all circumstances to address the future, to prepare a better life for 'a child' and to make people feel good feelings than the structures made of tons of materials with large construction machines.
